This is a very interesting video that I think comes to a very narrow minded conclusion. Check it out and I’ll give you my thoughts below.
People create todo lists for different reasons or have different needs. If you are working to a grand goal then this video is absolutely true. That is if you aren’t crippled with depression. If you are depressed then you absolutely should use a todo list as Mood Repair. It has worked wonders for me and many others I have worked with.
One thing to remember about Productivity Gurus are they often are only focusing on an issue from one side. Productivity. They are assuming that everything is just peachy and you are just lazy. If that’s true then awesome, but don’t let them make you feel worse than already do because their advice isn’t meant for you yet.
